Can Jinwei make 0.025 mm wire with UEW, PEW or EIW?
The factory states it can discuss 0.025 mm conductor with polyurethane (UEW), polyester (PEW) or polyesterimide (EIW) insulation. Each construction needs its own finished-diameter, thermal-class, process and documentation review.
Can all grades be soldered without removing enamel?
Do not assume so. Direct solderability is a relevant property for the selected UEW grade and soldering conditions. PEW and EIW require their own termination process to be confirmed.
